În contextul exigențelor pandemice, revenirea elevilor la programul de instruire online, întâlniri virtuale și lucru la distanță, Centrul ”LOW VISION” susține o abordare corectă a regimului de studiu și lucru aplicând reguli de îngrijire a vederii. Perioadele lungi de privit ecranul unui computer, telefon sau tabletă pot epuiza ochii.
Astfel recomandăm:
- adaptarea spațiului de lucru care să fie suficient iluminat.
- pauze regulate. Potrivit Academiei Americane de Oftalmologie este sugerată regula 20-20-20 pentru a reduce oboseala oculară. La fiecare 20 de minute, este recomandată o pauză de 20 de secunde și privirea în depărtare la aproximativ 20 metri a altor obiecte.
- să se adopte o distanță confortabilă de minim 40/50 cm față de ecran. Persoanele slab-văzătoare pot ajusta individual această distanță (5/10 cm).
- reducerea strălucirii ecranului și adaptarea contrastului pentru claritate.
- purtarea ochelarilor cu filtru pentru lumina albastră.
- clipirea frecventă sau utilizarea picăturilor de lacrimă artificială în cazul senzației de ochi uscat.
- mișcare și alimentare regulate și sănătoase.
