CONTEXT
The Public Association „Medical-Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Low Vision ‘LOW VISION’” (hereinafter referred to as the LOW VISION Center) is implementing the project „Inclusion and Empowerment of Resident Citizens of the Republic of Moldova and Refugees from Ukraine with Visual Disabilities” from February 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024 (10 months). This project is a component of the implementation process of the „Ukraine War: OPD-Led Disability Inclusive Response and Recovery (Phase 2)” project, conducted by the Public Association „Alliance of Organizations for Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Moldova” (AOPD/Funder) and the European Disability Forum (EDF/Donor), with financial support from Christian Blind Mission NGO (CBM/Donor).

HOW AND WHERE TO SUBMIT THE OFFER
The offer shall be submitted electronically, via email, with the subject line „Offer_Lot_Devices Name” (Example: Offer_Lot 1_Eye Glasses), to the following address: lowvision2020@gmail.com.
Offers must be submitted by July 14, 2024, at 3:30 PM (local time), drafted in Romanian, Russian, or English.
LOW VISION Center will not consider submissions received after the deadline.
